You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers are responsible for the content they upload and sell. All content must comply with our Content Policy. Sellers must have the legal right to distribute any content they list on the platform. Earnings are subject to platform fees and payment processing terms.

5. Buyer Rights

Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased digital content. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. UnlockBL is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party services. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use UnlockBL to engage in any unlawful activity, upload malicious software, harass other users, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or create multiple accounts to abuse platform features.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

UnlockBL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
